Role Overview

We're seeking an innovative technology leader to architect and scale our AI-driven health-tech platform. You'll be responsible for building our proprietary digital health ecosystem, including our mobile app, AI counseling platform, and biomarker-driven personalization algorithms that serve our partner clinic network and subscriber base across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Architecture

• Design and develop VivNera's proprietary digital health application (iOS/Android) for patient engagement, remote monitoring, and lifestyle tracking
• Build and optimize our AI-driven counseling platform that generates automated health reports from biomarker data
• Architect scalable backend systems to support B2B2C clinic platform integration and real-time data synchronization
• Develop biomarker-driven personalization algorithms that dynamically adjust supplement recommendations based on lab results

AI & Data Infrastructure

• Implement machine learning models for health data analysis, predictive analytics, and personalized treatment recommendations
• Build data pipelines to process patient biomarkers, genomic data, biological age testing, and blood panel results
• Create the "data flywheel" infrastructure that improves AI personalization as more patient data is collected
• Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance and healthcare data security standards across all systems

Integration & Scalability

• Develop APIs and integration frameworks for seamless connectivity with partner clinic systems
• Build turnkey technology solutions that enable rapid onboarding of new clinic partners
• Optimize platform performance to handle exponential growth as the network expands
• Implement telemedicine capabilities and remote consultation features

International Client Management

• Collaborate with international stakeholders, clinic partners, and technology vendors in North America and Europe
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and platform demos across different time zones
• Ensure platform meets international healthcare standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, CE marking)
• Adapt technology solutions to meet diverse market needs and regional compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in health-tech, med-tech, or digital health platforms
• Strong proficiency in mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android)
• Expert-level backend development skills (Node.js, Python, or Java) with microservices architecture experience
• Proven experience with AI/ML implementation (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data analytics platforms
• Strong database design skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)

Healthcare Technology

• Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, Indian medical data protection laws)
• Experience building platforms that handle sensitive medical information, biomarkers, or clinical data
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, patient engagement systems, or wellness apps
• Knowledge of genomics data handling, lab integration systems, or diagnostic platforms (preferred)

International Experience

• Proven track record working with international clients in North America and Europe
• Experience with US and EU healthcare regulatory requirements and technology compliance standards
• Understanding of regional healthcare systems, market dynamics, and user expectations in Western markets
• Flexibility to work according to EST and CET time zones to meet international client needs

Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic operations leader who understands both healthcare and consumer wellness across international markets. You'll drive our B2B2C growth strategy by recruiting partner clinics, building relationships with healthcare providers, and creating compelling marketing campaigns for our longevity services and nutraceutical products in India and global markets including North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Partnership Development (B2B)

• Identify, prospect, and onboard partner clinics across India, North America, Europe, and other target markets
• Build relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare administrators to establish VivNera longevity hubs internationally
• Present VivNera's value proposition including turnkey solutions, revenue share model, and technology platform to diverse international audiences
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the onboarding process from pilot to full implementation across multiple regions
• Develop clinic marketing toolkits, training materials, and co-branded promotional content adapted for different markets

Patient Acquisition & Engagement (B2C)

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive patient enrollments at partner clinics across multiple countries
• Build and grow the subscriber base through strategic acquisition initiatives in diverse cultural contexts
• Create compelling content that educates consumers about longevity, regenerative medicine, and preventive health tailored to regional preferences
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and paid advertising across international markets
• Develop patient retention strategies to maximize lifetime value and subscription renewals considering regional differences

Medical Marketing & Education

• Create credible, science-backed marketing materials for advanced therapies (peptides, stem cells, exosomes) compliant with international standards
• Develop educational content about biomarkers, biological age testing, genomics, and personalized wellness for global audiences
• Organize webinars, workshops, and health seminars featuring VivNera's medical advisors and partner doctors across time zones
• Build thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and success stories with international appeal
• Ensure all marketing complies with medical advertising regulations and ethical standards in multiple jurisdictions (FDA, EMA, ASA, etc.)

International Client Management

• Lead business development efforts with healthcare providers, clinic networks, and distribution partners in North America and Europe
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions with international stakeholders
• Adapt sales and marketing strategies to meet cultural expectations and market dynamics in Western markets
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical advisors, and industry influencers globally
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and partnership launches across multiple time zones

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in medical marketing, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical business development, or healthcare operations
• Proven track record working with international clients in North America and Europe
• Experience in B2B healthcare partnerships (clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or medical practices) in multiple countries
• Experience with B2C health/wellness marketing including supplements, nutraceuticals, or preventive health services in international markets
• Demonstrated success in building operational processes and achieving aggressive growth targets across regions

Healthcare Industry Knowledge

• Deep understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape plus familiarity with North American and European healthcare systems
• Knowledge of regenerative medicine, longevity therapies, anti-aging treatments, or functional medicine across different regulatory environments
• Familiarity with nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and wellness industry regulations in multiple jurisdictions
• Understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic tests, biomarkers, and personalized medicine

International Experience

• Direct experience working with clients, partners, or markets in North America (US, Canada) and Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland, etc.)
• Understanding of international business development, cross-cultural communication, and global sales strategies
• Knowledge of regional healthcare regulations (FDA, EMA, Health Canada) and compliance requirements
• Flexibility to work according to EST and CET time zones to meet international client needs
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for international business interactions
